You were raised in the church or found God as an adult. You consider yourself a Christian. You’ve been to Bible studies. You want to live the abundant life that God promises in the bible.
These are real-life, boots-on-the-ground tools that help you go where you want to go – where God says you can go through the power of the Holy Spirit.
About this class: Being aware of the present moment, both what’s happening around you and what’s happening inside you - this helps you be present for your life! Research shows practicing mindful connection just 10 minutes per day can reduce anxiety and depression. This class is the foundational class in our series. If you can just take one class, this is the one we recommend. This is the first class in the Taking Every Thought Captive Series.
But, the truth is, you have no idea how to ACTUALLY do that in the real life, day-to-day.
This course is our Mindful Connection Class
